("RSI") filed with the Commission applications requesting renewal of experimental radio stations KM2XRE, located in Arcola, Virginia, and KK2XFV, located in Sterling, Virginia. Those applications remain pending. Subsequently, control of RSI and its FCC licenses and authorizations was transferred to Prodelin Holding Corporation, c/o TBG Industries, Inc. A copy of Commission authorization for the transfer of control of the above—referenced experimental licenses in connection with that transaction is appended hereto. As a result of the transfer of control, the entity formerly known as COMSAT RSI, Inc. is now CRSI, Inc. ("CRSI"). Accordingly, we respectfully request that the Commission change the name of the applicant on the pending renewal applications from COMSAT RSI, Inc. to CRSI, Inc. All other information on the applications remains the same. In addition, CRSI requests that the Commission change the name on experimental license call sign WAZXHS to CRSI, Inc. Approval for transfer of control of that license also is included on the attached authorization.
