Dear Mr. Klimezak:

Your above—referenced application for an experimental radio station license has been on file since 7/7/99. During this
time, however, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has been unable to provide the necessary clearance for the
frequencies requested in your application. Therefore, the application is incomplete and the Experimental Licensing
Branch is unable to process it further. Accordingly, we are dismissing your application without prejudice. See Sections
0.241(c) and 5.65 of the Commission‘s Rules.

If you wish to refile the application for the same freqliencies, please first precoordinate your request with the FAA, and
submit a copy of the FAA‘s clearance with your application. A list of FAA Regional offices is attached for your
convenience.

Also, if you object to the dismissal of the application, you may file a petition for reconsideration within 30 days of the
date of this letter. See Section 1.106 of the Commission‘s Rules; see also Sections 1.49, 1.51, and 1.52 of the
Commission‘s Rules. Otherwise, the dismissal of the application will become final in 30 days.

                                                   Sincerely,
