Attachment A Station WA2XHS FCC Form 405 April 20, 1999 Item No. 6 Transfer of control of the license was granted on May 22, 1998, File No. 6144— EX—TC—1998. Consummation of the transfer of control to Prodelin Holding Corporation, c/o TBG Industries, Inc., occurred on June 25, 1998. A copy of Commission authorization for the transfer of control of the licenses is appended hereto as Attachment B. As a result of the transfer of control, the entity formerly known as COMSAT RSI, Inc. is now CRSI, Inc. (°CRSI"). By letter dated December 3, 1998 CRSI notified the Experimental Licensing Branch of the transfer of control and requested that the name of the license holder of Station WA2XHS be changed from COMSAT RSI, Inc. to CRSI, Inc. To our knowledge, that change has not been made to date. Thus, the name of the Applicant on the instant Application is identified as COMSAT RSI, Inc., the name shown on the current authorization. CRSI again requests, however, that the Commission change the name on the authorization from COMSAT RSI, Inc. to CRSI, Inc.
