re: Request for temporary use of certain unoccupied 700 MHz bands in Atlanta, Georgia in support of
broadcast operations for the National Football League’s Super Bowl LIII

Whereas applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose, the
spectrum demands at the annual NFL Super Bowl event, along with recent restrictions in previously
utilized spectrum, are necessitating use of additional spectrum to provide for our clients’ needs in order
to bring the full experience of the event to consumers.

According to ULS and Site/Market/Frequency Query databases as of 03 December 2018, there
are no licensees of the requested 700 MHz bands within a 25km radius of the operational area. Given
this, along with the low ERP, ground level operations and the attenuating characteristics of the
surrounding and adjacent structures, there should be no interference to any incumbents or licensees
during the requested time frame.

Respectfully submitted,

H Cohen
