Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a television microwave and communications equipment rental company which provides video, audio and communications for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands at sports events, and the limited LTTS/BAS spectrum available, necessitates making coordinated, temporary use of additional spectrum in the 1.4, 2.2 and 3 GHz bands and TV channels . Such is necessary to have sufficient video relay from RF cameras at numerous locations on a golf course, or in arenas, as well as communications, while allowing normal ENG use of the BAS spectrum at the same time in a given venue. Applicant has coordinated all relevant spectrum use requested herein with AFTRCC.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Provide portable video and audio for the televised network coverage of the US Womens Senior Open Golf event and related activities by Fox Sports.
