In most cases, surrounding buildings and trees are taller than the masts; significant nearby natural features and man-made structures are identified in the STA Form site description. The trailer mast can be raised to 10.7 meters, while the CPE receiver on the van is mounted on its roof at a height of 3 meters. The masts on the trailer will be raised only when testing is being conducted. The Kathrein trasmitter will be mounted on a hydraulic mast attached on the van, which will be moved to requested repeater locations for the test. The height of the mast will be raised to 5 meteres while the test is being conducted. 1
