  Dear Mr. Anthony Serafini:


  The State of California (State) is requesting an experimental authorization for a GOES Satellite
  transmitter located at North Honcut Creek Telemetry Site in Butte County California. The
  telemetry site is part of a larger system operated by the State which includes but is not limited to
  WAZXAJ, WC2XOB, and WI2XDU. The purpose of the site is to monitor water level, water
  temperature, wind speed, and other data for the area. The data is transmitted to the GOES
  satellite and is collected by the State‘s Department of Water Resources.
