     RE: Application 0077—EX—CN—2019

     Dear Sir or Madam:

    The State of California (State) is requesting an experimental authorization for a GOES Satellite
    transmitter located at the Sacramento Weir Telemetry site in Yolo County California. The
    telemetry site is part of a larger system operated by the State which includes but is not limited to
    WAZXAJ, WC2XOB, and WIZXDU. The purpose of the site is to monitor water level, water
    temperature, wind speed, and other data for the area.     The data is transmitted to the GOES
    satellite and is collected by the State‘s Department of Water Resources.
