Pursuant to Part 5 of the FCC‘s Rules, Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. ("CableLabs")
formally requests that the FCC grant us an experimental license to conduct Personal
Communications Network (PCN) demonstrations and evaluations. These will take place at

around the city limits of Boulder, Colorado CableLabs was granted an STA with regard to
these operations on March 11, 1992.
