The following C Speed LLC applications for experimental licenses were dismissed without
prejudice in March 2015:

WH2XQIC
WH2XQHC
WH2XQGC
WH2XQFC
WH2XQEC

These license applications were submitted in support of Department of Homeland Security
requested/sponsored testing of the C Speed LightWave Radar as a potential sensor for detecting
low flying aircraft and small boats along the US border. The dismissal letter stated the
following:

“You are advised that the Commission is unable to grant your application for the facilities
requested. NTIA objects to this request due to anticipated harmful interference to existing
government operations.”

The requests were dismissed without prejudice because there was a concern of potential harmful
interference to NexRad on 2905 MHz and 2934 MHz.
