4). Is this authorization to be used for fulfilling the requirement of a government
contract with an agency of the United States Government?

While we answered “No” on this question, we did so because we are working with a
Prime Contractor on behalf of the U.S. Government agencies. Agencies have included
NASA, Homeland Security-Border Patrol, and other agencies that are in the process or
have acquired UAVs. Since we are working with the Prime contractor, we do not have
specific contract numbers. Our company provides the ground control that receives and
transmits data to and from the planes.

7.) This is a 6.2M Ku-band transmit/receive ground station for digital bitstream
transport.
