John thanks for your patience. The percentage of drift is .014%. Also to
elaborate on the progect some more, please review the following. the coast guard
wants to be supplied video coverage of specific port protocol via dvb mpeg 2 .
The video is going to be 3.2mbit and will actually only accumulate 5mhz of space
on the satellite. However for confidence factor we submitted for 8mhz. This
video will be used for their current projects that include policing the waters
in and around Alaska. If areas need this video that don't receive it, we will
transmit it via the temporary system for the 30 day time frame indicated. I hope
