Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation

Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Broadcast Sports, Inc. is a video production company which provides wireless audio and video for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Broadcast Sports, Inc. has certain private wireless and LTTS licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands in and near major cities such as Indianapolis, Indiana during major sporting events, and the limited spectrum for these events make it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional frequencies in the low microwave range. Such is necessary to have sufficient video relay from RF camera personnel, directors, administrative personnel at numerous locations at these events. In this case, the Indianapolis 500 race is a major automobile racing event, televised worldwide. Additional channels are critical in order to have video coverage of the race and in particular the opportunity to use a rail mounted RF camera at trackside.
