Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of AFTRCC coordinated frequencies 2365, 2385 and 2395 MHz for the purpose of providing support and coverage of the Tour of California Bicycle Race from May 12 through May 18, 2019. Operation dates at the requested locations will be in accordance with the AFTRCC coordination (Copy Attached). Please note that the requested radius of operation around each site is equal to or less than the AFTRCC coordinated radius and that the requested location coordinates agree with the coordination.
