Request For Waiver

Broad Comm hereby requests that the commission grant a waiver of the distance
separation requirement of Section 74.802 of the FCC Rules to allow the broadcasters to
operate low power auxiliary stations on a non-interference basis on co-channel TV
broadcasting channels where television stations on those channels are located at least
45 kilometers from the intended area of operation. The low power to be used will not
exceed that permitted under Part 74, and in the majority of cases, will be less. The list of
stations that are within the “Request For Waiver” follows as attachment A.
