This new developed product in E-band that use one foot Antenna allowed by the changes made to E-band by FCC rules issued in 2005. This is the first product that uses enhanced FCC rules. 2. We have visiting potential customer early next week, which would like to evaluate the product and verify the performance. 3. In order to demonstrate that we have a real product, it is important that a link actually be installed and operating. We have already registered and physically installed the equipment at the sites, but we are holding off on operating the equipment until we have a temporary license. This product is also noteworthy from an FCC point of view because it is the first E- Band product that fully takes advantage to the improved E-Band rules that were issued by the FCC last year. Up until now, all E-Band products were based on the 2003 original E-Band rules that required the use of 2-foot antennas. Ours is the first 1-foot antenna product, which is much lower cost and much easier to install. The press release that will be issued as soon as the temporary license is issued is focused on explaining how the new FCC E-Band rules will benefit the public by encouraging mainstream use of the new E-Band. Therefore I earnestly request to expedite the subject application. I shall be highly thankful for the timely help.
