I am confused - I filed a 159 for this STA and it is noted as PAID on your MYIBFS database
and I was sent confirmation of the payment via email. In fact I have paid twice as I had to refile
the STA for a very minor change. THis is an urgent mater - if you could please call me at 416
277-0173 to clear this up I would be much obliged.
