1. Orbital Debris Assessment Report (ODAR). See http://orbitaldebris.jsc.nasa.gov
2. Spacecap data file. A draft (Appendix 4) notification for submission to the International
Telecommunications Union (ITU) Radio Regulations. The draft notification should be prepared using the
ITU software "SpaceCap" which can be downloaded from the following link:
http://www.itu.int/en/ITUR/software/Pages/spacecap.aspx.

5. A NOAA license is required for satellites with imaging capabilities. See

6. An International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) coordination letter is required, if using amateur

7. Applications requesting use of federal or shared government frequencies must submit additional
technical data.

- Location
- Apogee and Perigee
- Polarization
- Orientation
- Dimension: Gain, Beamwidth, Azimuth, Elevation, Height...
9. Receiver Antenna:
- Location: lat/long, city, state.
- Polarization
- Orientation
- Dimension: Gain, Beamwidth, Azimuth, Elevation, Height...
10. Name and phone of person who will terminate the system if interference occurs.


The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 11, 2017 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
