Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., respectfully seeks a 6 month experimental license beginning May 1, 2014, to develop, test and demonstrate prototype remote sensors with low power communications equipment that will operate in the 317 MHz bands allocated for non-multilateration operations.
