To authorize the construction and operation of a temporary test and demonstration 700 MHz Band 14 LTE network to evaluate the performance of LTE communications in operational and tactical maritime and port environments.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose will be to gain information on the construction and operation of LTE Band 14 networks in tactical and operational maritime and port environments. This will support testing and experimentation during the US Navy Trident Warrior event as part of the RIMPAC 2016 multinational military exercise.
