Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To authorize the construction and operation of a temporary test and demonstration 700 MHz Band 14 LTE network to evaluate the performance of LTE communications in operational and tactical maritime and port environments.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose will be to gain information on the construction and operation of LTE Band 14 networks in tactical and operational maritime and port environments. This will be done by supporting individual and unit communications during a series of exercises conducted as part of the Army Advanced Expeditionary Warfare Experiment.
