Pursuant to Section 5.77(a) of the Commission rules, this letter provides
notification that The Boeing Company intends to operate new antenna types
as part of the experimental license authorization, call sign WC2XVE, file
0491-EX-ST-2012.

The new antennas to be added to this experimental operation are the
TECOM model KuStream 1500 and the RANTEC model 18 Inch diameter
dish. All terms and conditions of the license, as well as the stated program of
experimentation will be adhered to, including the license power, emissions,
and antenna spectral density requirements outlined in CFR 47, Part 25.
