AFTRCC Recommendation Letter: The Boeing Company, P2 of 3 7-18-2008 Frequency Power Emission(s) 11288 KHz 400 W 2K80J2D 11306 KHz 400 W 2K80J2D 13312 KHz 400 W 2K80J2D 21931 KHz 400 W 2K80J2D The following additional information has been provided to AFTRCC by The Boeing Company and should be reflected on their FCC application: Ground Elevation above Mean Sea Level at the antenna site: 7 Feet Maximum height of the tip of the antenna Above Ground Level: 60 Feet AFTRCC recommends the FCC add the following restriction(s) to the grant of this authorization: “SPECIAL CONDITION: LICENSEE MUST COORDINATE WITH OTHER USERS AS NECESSARY TO MINIMIZE INTERFERENCE. Renewal of this License is subject to prior coordination with AFTRCC Frequency Advisory Committee, www.aftrcc.org” This recommendation is advisory only and not binding on you or the FCC. It does not constitute a judgment that the frequency(ies) specified is/are best suited to your purpose or that the assignment is exclusive to your Company. In utilizing this recommendation, the Company agrees to release and hold harmless AFTRCC, its officers, members, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of your Company’s use of the frequency(ies) specified. This recommendation letter will be valid only for a period of 90 days from the date on this letter. If an application for License has not been filed with the Federal Communications Commission within that period, it will be necessary to request a new frequency recommendation. AFTRCC 87-2A (8-31-93)
