Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The Boeing Company requires this STA to perform ground EMC testing of a Boeing 737 aircraft that has a unique radar system installed. EMC testing is required for safety of flight certification in accordance with contact number C338364. This is a direct sale contract with the Royal Australian Air Force
