Mr. ORear,

We respectfully request your coordination comments for the renewal of the attached FCC
experimental license ((0041-EX-PL-2010). On previous tests similar in nature to this one we
have had restrictions placed on the testing parameters (listed below) and we are more then
willing to comply with those limitations or any new restrictions for this request.

(1) In lieu of frequency tolerance, the occupied bandwidth of the emission shall not
extend beyond the band limits set forth above.

(2) Licensee should be aware that other stations may be licensed on these frequencies
and if any interference occurs, the licensee of this authorization will be subject to
immediate shut down.

(3) ERP shall not exceed the power levels listed

(4) Testing on the frequencies 1030 MHz/1090 MHz shall comply with the following:
    a) The ramp tester must be set to interrogate at the interrogation rate of 235 Hz.
    b) The Mode-C reply from the aircraft must be ground level otherwise no free-space
       radiation.
    c) Only one ramp tester may operate at a time.

(5) Operations must adhere to FCC Part 87 Subpart Q rules.

(6) Operation is subject to prior coordination with the FAA's Western Service Area Los
Angeles Office (FMO) at 310-725-3671/ 3668/ 7470/ 3669 at least 24 hours prior to
testing.

(7) Licensee shall operate in accordance with all parameters agreed and follow FAA
restrictions.

(8) Unit must be operated under a hood with a dummy load, or directly connected via
cable to the aircraft receiver to reduce free space radiation.

(9) Mode C response must indicate an altitude below sea level or above 90,000 ft if the

unit is not directly connected via cable to the receiver.

(10) The designated point-to-contact to terminate transmissions if interference occurs is
the Victorville Air Traffic Control tower 760-246-7827 or Victoria Habas (cell) .

I will be looking forward to hearing from you in regards to this request. Thank you for your time.
