Please explain the purpose of operation:
This application is for one suborbital flight of the launch system which includes a booster and capsule. Transmissions on this STA are limited to one flight, as well as supporting pre-flight and post-landing checkouts on the ground. The airborne transmission duration is less than fifteen minutes.
