BlackSky Global Private Remote Sensing License: Public Summary

On February 5, 2014, the Commercial Remote Sensing Regulatory Affairs Office of the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, an agency of the Department of
Commerce, granted a license to BlackSky Global, LLC to operate the “BlackSky
Demonstration Satellites System”, a private, commercial, space-based, remote sensing
system (the “BlackSky Global Satellite System”).

The BlackSky Global Satellite System is a planned commercial Earth observation
satellite system, licensed to collect images of the Earth and will operate in a circular orbit
altitude between 450 km and 600 km and an inclination of 98.7°.
