AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY

BlackSky Global, LLC (“BlackSky”) hereby amends its pending applications for earth station
and space station experimental authority1 in order to correct the applicant name it initially
provided. We hereby request that the licenses be issued in the name of BlackSky Global, LLC
and not BlackSky, LLC.

By the instant correspondence, BlackSky is also notifying the Office of Engineering and
Technology that it has received a license from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration to operate a private, space-based, remote sensing system with the name of
BlackSky Demonstration Satellites.
