In ref. Correspondence No. 22077, BlackSky, LLC (BlackSky) hereby replies to inform the OET staff of
the following:
(1) The application with NOAA remains under consideration. We will notify the OET staff upon the
issuance of NOAA’s letter of authority.
(2) BlackSky has submitted a companion application seeking experimental STA to operate ground
stations to communicate with the subject nanosatellites. That application can be retrieved in the OET
system under File No. 1136-EX-ST-2013.
(3) BlackSky will be submitting an amendment to the instant space station application to make a technical
adjustment to it, based on a determination made during the preparation of its companion earth station
application.
