UPDATE REGARDING APPLICANT

On January 30, 2015, the corporate structure above BlackSky Global, LLC (“BlackSky”)
underwent a reorganization so that the immediate parent company above BlackSky has
changed. There has been no change in the ultimate control of BlackSky, as the shareholders in
control of its former parent company remain in control of the current parent company of
BlackSky.
