BlackSky Global, LLC hereby reiterates the information that it provided by email on December 11, 2014,
in response to Ref. No. 26162.

OET asked for verification that BlackSky intended to use the Form 442. BlackSky confirmed at that time
that it was seeking a permanent license for eighteen (18) months. Thus, the Form 442 would be
appropriate, as an STA could not be granted for that duration.

BlackSky hereby requests that its application be returned to pending status.
