FCC Form 405

APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF EXPERIMENTAL AUTHORITY
                         (CALL SIGN WH2XPS)

BlackSky, Global LLC (“BlackSky”) herein requests renewal of its experimental
authority for the development, demonstration and testing of its earth station facilities in
connection with the launch of two microsatellites – Pathfinder-1 and Pathfinder-2 --
authorized under FCC Call Sign WH2XPT.

The experimental authority is designed for BlackSky to develop and test a new
generation of microsatellites, including associated software applications, relative to
their ability to provide high-resolution remote sensing in the Earth Exploration Satellite
Service (“EESS”). That project has been extensively delayed due to delays in the launch
of the space stations associated with the earth stations that are the subject of this license.
Those launch delays have been entirely outside of BlackSky’s control. In an effort to
move the project forward, one of the two space stations, Pathfinder-1, has been
rescheduled for launch on a PSLV rocket on or before mid-August, 2016. Grant of
renewal will permit BlackSky to proceed with its project mission to assemble critical
feedback as to the performance of the microsatellites themselves and the overall
architecture of the proposed imaging and communications system.

Accordingly, Blacksky respectfully requests extension of its permanent authority
for an additional twenty-four (24) months to allow it to proceed with its development
program.
