For your convenience the questions are also provided in the body of this message. Bigelow Aerospace was asked to provide the following information: Q: [What is the] ERP? Response: The ERP should be 14 picoWatts (~-78 dBm), based on the value in the application for input power received at the antenna (0.2 picoWatts). This meets the NTIA requirement of -144.46 dBm at 30 meters. Q: Please confirm the frequency band 1565.4 - 1585.4 MHz with the bandwidth 24 MHz. The bandwidth that you provided is exceeding the frequency band that you applied. If you'd like to test GPS - L1 with frequency 1575.42 MHz with bandwidth 24 MHz, please send me an email to confirm changing the information on your application. Response: The correct bandwidth is 20 MHz. Accordingly, the emission designator specified should be 20M0W7D rather than what was provided in the original application.
