Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The request for STA is necessary, pursuant to 47 CFR 5.61, to request authorization to transmit with an effective radiated output power of 9.7 watts, in the frequency range from 2.1 to 2.5 GHz.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To evaluate the performance of video transmitter hardware. The purpose of the test is to evaluate the performance of video downlink hardware, using a Bell OEM helicopter as the airborne platform and video transmitter hardware from Domo Tactial Communications (DTC). The attached letter provides further details, figure, tables, and the concept of operations.
