Exhibit 1 Frequencies: 2500—2640 MHz Maximum Effective Radiated Power: Base Station 274 W Subscriber Station 47 W Equipment utilizes orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) emissions with quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) and phase shift key modulation (PSK). Equipment will comply with applicable FCC rules regarding bandwidth, frequency stability, and out—of—band emissions. Exhibit 2 Applicant is developing fixed broadband wireless point to multipoint equipment. This application covers development and testing of experimental equipment, testing and demonstration of pre—production prototypes, and demonstration of production equipment to potential customers, pursuant to Sections 5.3 (d), (f), (g), and (1) of the Commission‘s Rules. ' Applicant‘s equipment forms a high capacity, spectrally efficient system. As a result, to fully test and prove out the capabilities of the technology, a significant number of stations are required. Applicant anticipates conducting simultaneous trials in multiple locations in the United States to assess the performance of the equipment in different propagation environments.
