STA is needed to continue experiments in first phase of study.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To assess capability to receive and characterize collected waveforms from transmitted channels in order to design efficient data communication modulations for skywave channel. This experiment is needed to assess capability to receive and characterize collected waveforms from transmitted channels in order to design efficient data communication modulations for skywave channel. Battelle is exploring new technologies for wideband HF data transmission and collection. This experiment is needed to assess capability to receive and characterize collected waveforms from transmitted channels forward to the next phases of development.
