Ms. Nguyen:

This is to advise you that MAG coordination appears to be ongoing.

As you can see below, on 6/19, the MAG chair confirmed that "...we have received the license
application from the FCC and are waiting for the Navy MAG comments."

Additional time, until August 6, 2018, is requested to complete MAG coordination. If additional time is
required beyond that date, BAE Systems will advise you at that time.

Best regards,

Jeff Rummel
Attorney for BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc.

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Request for MAG Coordination - BAE Systems Technology Solutions &
Services Inc. - Pending File No. 0276-EX-CR-2018 and Granted File No. 0106-EX-CM-2018

Mr. Whittington:

Good afternoon. On behalf of my client, BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc., this
message seeks MAG coordination for the attached experimental license under call sign WG2XFW
– which was recently modified under FCC File No. 0106-EX-CM-2018, and which is being
renewed under pending FCC File No. 0276-EX-CR-2018.

As you can see in the FCC’s inquiries below my signature, MAG coordination is requested with
respect to the 2 remaining bands on the license – 249-270 MHz and 292-312 MHz.

With respect to this request, BAE Systems notes that:

o Operations under the license comply with the frequency carve-outs specified at Special Conditions 5,
6 and 8.

o With respect to Special Condition 7, BAE Systems notes that during SATCOM testing events, the
company obtains Daily Comms Status Messages (2301Z) from NCTAMS LANT, along with other
pertinent classified messages that relate to or could have an impact on testing for the US Navy. BAE
Systems only operates on the assigned DASA/DAMA frequencies, channels, and guard numbers as
specified in those messages. The US Navy does the actual coordination with the MAG, and BAE
Systems adheres to the resulting guidance.

Your confirmation of MAG coordination is greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions with
respect to this MAG coordination request, please contact undersigned.

Best regards,

Jeff Rummel
Attorney for BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc.
