By the instant application (“Application”), BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. (“BAE Systems”) requests that the Commission grant an experimental Special Temporary Authority to permit BAE Systems to operate the facilities specified in the instant application.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing Echodyne Echoflight Metamaterial Electronically Scanning Array (MESA). This request is to enable product evaluation tests to characterize the performance of the Echodyne Echoflight Metamaterial Electronically Scanning Array (“MESA”) while temporarily installed on the rooftop of BAE Systems’ campus at Greenlawn, NY.
