AFTRCC recommends the FCC add the following restriction(s) to the grant of this
authorization:

“Experimental use is secondary to, and must not interfere with, Flight Test operations.

   SPECIAL CONDITION: LICENSEE MUST COORDINATE WITH OTHER
   USERS AS NECESSARY TO MINIMIZE INTERFERENCE.

Renewal of this License is subject to prior coordination with AFTRCC Frequency Advisory
Committee, www.aftrcc.org”


This recommendation is advisory only and not binding on you or the FCC. It does not
constitute a judgment that the frequency(ies) specified is/are best suited to your purpose or
that the assignment is exclusive to your Company. In utilizing this recommendation, the
Company agrees to release and hold harmless AFTRCC, its officers, members, agents, and
representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses that may arise as
a result of your Company’s use of the frequency(ies) specified.

This recommendation letter will be valid only for a period of 90 days from the date on this
letter. If an application for License has not been filed with the Federal Communications
Commission within that period, it will be necessary to request a new frequency
recommendation.

The original of this letter should be attached/forwarded to your application for a license
when it is filed with the Federal Communications Commission.
