Good afternoon.

Please note that in response to your inquiries (Ref. 42301), pending File No. 0100-EX-CM-2018 has been
amended as follows:

Re: AFTRCC

- The 2.2-2.5 GHz band has been amended to delete AFTRCC frequencies (2365-2395 MHz).
The resulting ranges will be:

2.2-2.364 GHz
2.396-2.5 GHz

In light of this amendment, it is requested that the Commission confirm that AFTRCC coordination is no
longer required (See Ref. 42301).

Re: Bandwidths

- In response to your comment that certain bandwidths on the application exceed certain of the
requested frequency ranges (See Ref. 42301), the following bands have been amended to ensure that
the bandwidths no longer exceed the requested frequency ranges:

9.75-9.95 GHz – Amended to: 9.63-9.95 GHz (exceeds widest bandwidth of 315 MHz)
10.14-10.44 GHz–Amended to: 10.1-10.47 GHz (exceeds widest bandwidth of 361 MHz)
15.15-15.35 GHz – Amended to: 15-15.5 GHz (exceeds widest bandwidth of 351 MHz)

In light of this amendment, it is requested that the Commission confirm that this issue has been
resolved, or if further action is required please advise undersigned.
