In connection with this Renewal Application, it is noted that simultaneously a Modification
Application is being filed to address the following items:

- The Modification application seeks deletion of the following frequencies from the
license:

136.7 MHz (Please also delete Special Condition 6 from the license)
381.625 MHz

- Currently, there are no government contracts associated with the operations under the
license.

- Please update Special Condition 5 as follows to reflect new Stop Buzzer information:

(5) The designated point-of-contact to terminate transmissions if interference
