Exhibit In connection with this renewal application, the following is noted: 1. It is requested that the Commission please update its ELS records to reflect the correct name of the licensee for the Station — namely "BAE Systems Controls Inc." At the time the station was originally licensed, the name of the licensee was incorrectly specified as "BAE Systems". However, the full legal name of the licensee at that time, and currently, is actually "BAE Systems Controls Inc." Accordingly, it is requested that the Commission correct the name of the licensee for the Station to: "BAE Systems Controls Inc." Please note this is not the result of any assignment or transfer — it is merely a simple correction of company name. 2. By Notification filed with the Commission on 11/4/2009 ("Notification"), the licensee confirmed that the "Stop—Buzzer" for this license, and for any Commission inquiries related to this license, has changed to: Brian Sykora, Brian.sykora@baesystems.com, (909) 234— 5526. It is requested that the Commission‘s records be updated accordingly. 3. By the same Notification, the licensee confirmed that the facilities previously authorized under File No. 0059—EX—RR—2008 are to be operated in support of Internal Research & Development ("IR&D") activities. Accordingly, this renewal application seeks renewal of the license to support those same IR&D activities. The contract previously supported by the license (NASA LaRC Cooperative Agreement number NCC—1—350) is no longer in effect, but the license will continue to support the IR&D activities previously specified by the licensee. 4. For Location No. 8, the licensee hereby advises the Commission that it intends to operate the facilities authorized for Location No. 8 using an additional emission designator, namely "3GOOF3N®". In accordance with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. §5.77(a) and (b), the licensee hereby confirms that the addition of this emissions designator will not result in operations inconsistent with any term of the outstanding authorization and the addition of this emissions designator will not result in the licensee exceeding the maximum emissions envelope established in the existing authorization. Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that any renewal of this license include the additional emissions designator of "3GOOF3N" in the renewal authorization.
