FCC form 442 b. Information required by FCC Ref 47CFR Ch 1 (10—1—98 Edition) Part 5 (Sections 56 and 57) c. FCC Form 159 d. FCC Form 600 We are requesting authorization to test fly the R4E—50 Skyeye drone aircraft beginning in August 2000 through September 2001. We have been awarded contract number CAIRO/F/ST/LEAR/97/1by the Arab Republic of Egypt. The new system upgrades will require several test flights to prove its reliability and functionality. As outlined in the attachments, we have estimated the total flights that will be required to prove the system design and functionality.
