The change request to license WE2XVX, file 0103-EX-ML-2010, is owing to a moved office location. The
new location co-ordinates are for our new office location, which is where we wish to operate this
equipment.

It should also be noted that the company name has been changed to Aviat Networks and our FRN is
0018467613. However I believe my predecessor informed you of this some time ago, prior to his
departure.
