Subject: Request for Info - File # 0268-EX-CR-2019
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

You may ignore the FAA coordination request. The frequencies being coordinated are what you have
suggested. AFTRCC coordination would still be necessary for 1520-1525 MHz. You cannot make
changes to a renewal application, so I suggest waiting until the renewal is granted and then filing for a
modification of license to add whatever frequencies you need that are not on the approved renewal
license. Respond to acknowledge that you agree with this procedure.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 30, 2019 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
