Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
UHF channels used in the UK for operational communications by racing teams are not available for licensing in the United States. An STA is necessary to permit the use of radio equipment to conduct short term operational communications by racing teams during the Masters Endurance Legends Automobile race at Circuit of the Americas Race Track near Austin, Texas during 1-3 November, 2019.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Short-term operational communications by one racing team during the Masters Endurance Legends automobile race at Circuit of the Americas Race Track near Austin, Texas. Short term operational communications by racing teams during the Hankook Creventic 24 Hour race at Circuit of the Americas Race Track near Austin, Texas during 10-12 November, 2017. See attached narrative exhibit.
