Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is necessary to support flight telemetry, vehicle commands, and video streaming for ONR program AACUS in the Manassas VA area. ISM radios are not powerful enough to stream the required data at the desired distances.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Flight telemetry, vehicle commands, and video streaming for ONR program AACUS in the Manassas VA area. A Radio integrated onto an experimental class manned rotor craft will stream video and telemetry to a viewing area. The rotor craft will also receive command data from a ground control station. The rotor craft will also stream telemetry to up to 3 remote users utilizing hand held radios. The radios are 2x2 or 4x4 MiMo with 4W and 8W output power respectively. The man mobile radios will utilize omnidirectional antennas and the ground station radio will utilize a combination of omni and panel antennas.
