Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary: Pursuant to our experimental license, we intend to operate engineering sample prototypes of unlicensed UWB transmitters in an outdoor venue location in order to evaluate operational conditions and variability when transmitters are placed against a body and used in an actual venue setting.
