I have just uploaded (through the Add Attachments link) an updated ODAR memo provided by our NASA
launch providers in which they have re-analyzed the OD risk for our antenna element and have
determined that the unit survives with less than 15J of energy, making it non-lethal and as such no risk is
given for re-entry. Please let me know if this does not address the issue to the FCC's satisfaction. Also
please let me know if the uploaded document is not found and I will try to upload again.
