Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Area-I has a contract from the US Army. Under this contract Area-I needs to tests its SC4400 MIMO radios at ranges up to 20kms while airborne. Area-I is planning use its own Cessna Cardinal and flying over the Cherokee County Airport. The frequency band of operation will be 2450-2470 MHz. The maximum transmit power is 2 Watt.
